Terms and conditions for private clients Gayane Nutrition AB
1.1. Gayane Nutrition AB, org.no 559164–7085, with the physical address Styrmansgatan 7, 114 54 Stockholm ("Gayane Nutrition") offers nutrition consultations, meal plans and personal training ("The Services") online, by telephone and at physical meetings.
1.2. These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the purchase of any of the Services. You who purchase any of the Services are referred to below as "Customer", "you" and "you".
1.3. To be able to purchase any of the Services you must be 18 years of age. Even if you are younger, Gayane Nutrition can offer you the Services, but only if the goalkeeper has approved the advice.
2. Prices and payment
2.1. Prices are normally informed at the time of booking request of the Service you choose. If no explicit price is stated, Gayane Nutritions applies at all times to the price list. All prices are quoted including VAT, the only exception is if the payment will be done through a business and in this case the VAT will be added. Healthcare allowances can normally be used at Gayane Nutrition, however, you should also confirm this with your employer.
2.2. Payment is made by an invoice sent by Gayane Nutrition to the e-mail address you have prodived. The invoice is sent monthly or upon completion of the service and has ten days due date. If the invoice has not been paid on time, a reminder is sent with a premium of SEK 60 in delay fee and penalty interest according to law.
2.3. The service you purchased should begin within three months of the date the invoice was sent.
3. Cancellation and cancellation rights
3.1. Cancellation or rebooking must take place no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. In case of subsequent cancellation or rebooking, full price will be charged for the canceled meeting.
3.2. You have 14 days to cancel your purchase of any of the Services. The 14 days are counted from the date of purchase agreement, either in writing or orally. When applying your cancellation rights, you will only pay for the portion of the Service you have used and the time spend by Gayane Nutrition, and any remaining costs you have paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have canceled your purchase.

You can also use the Consumer Agency's standard form to cancel an agreement. You can find the form at . Gayane Nutrition will confirm receipt of your notice of withdrawal within two business days.
4.1. You, as a buyer of the Services, are responsible for informing Gayane Nutrition of any current or past injuries, illness, condition or anything else that may affect the services offered. This is especially true, but not limited, to things that can jeopardize the safety of personal training. All training is done at your own risk. We recommend that you exercise only when you are healthy as a medical condition is often aggravated or prolonged by exercise. Immediately cancel a workout if you feel dizziness, nausea and / or pain.
4.2. When purchasing a nutrition consultation or meal plan, you as a buyer are responsible for informing about current or past allergies, special diets, illnesses and other things that may affect the consultation.
4.3. You as a buyer of the Services are responsible for seeking medical care if such a need arises.
4.4. Gayane Nutrition bases its recommendations on nutrition and exercise on scientific research and many years of experience. However, Gayane Nutrition does not guarantee that you will achieve your goals or expectations and thus excludes itself from all responsibility for the results of the consultation.
4.5. Gayane Nutrition is an approved private dietitian clinic and an approved private healthcare provider. Gayane Nutrition holds patient insurance.
5. Processing of personal data
6.1. All material that you have access to, such as meal plans, food diary/record, concepts, pictures and layout, within the framework of the purchase of any of the Services is the property of Gayane Nutrition. No material may be copied, distributed or used outside the Services without Gayane Nutritions's prior written consent.
6.2. Gayane Nutrition reserves the right to make changes to these Terms without prior notice.
6.3. Swedish law shall apply to these Terms. Dispute between you as a Customer and Gayane Nutrition as a result of these Terms shall be decided by the Swedish court. As a consumer, you also have the right to contact the General Complaints Board.
