The consultations are done in-person, online videocall or phone.

INITIAL NUTRITION CONSULTATION - 60 min

We go over in detail: 

  • Your goals, health history, current health 

  • Your lifestyle incl. food intake, habits, exercises, sleep, stress

  • Diagnosis, medical journals and blood work (if needed) 

  • Weight and measurements (if needed)

  • Set out a plan

FOLLOW UP NUTRITION CONSULTATION - 50 min

The follow up varies depending on the set plan from the initial consultation. An example of what we go over: 

  • Nutrition counseling and advice

  • Follow up

  • Questions and support

  • Weight and measurements (if needed)

  • Goal setting

  • Max 1-2 new recipes in addition to the meal plan*

  • Go over food diary and give recommendations*

MEAL PLAN

Do you want a clear and structured meal plan tailored to your needs and goals? Then this is perfect for you. I create individual meal plans based on your goals and your health. Before I create your meal plan we have an initial nutrition consultation first and it takes med about 1-2 weeks to create it. 

YOUR MEAL PLAN INCLUDES:

  • Breakfast alternatives

  • Meal alternatives

  • Snack alternatives

  • Hydration recommendation

  • Supplement recommendation (if needed)

PERSONAL TRAINING

WHAT YOU CAN GET HELP WITH:

The sessions are held at the gym, outdoors or online.

60 min per session. The training is tailored to your goals and ability. Most of my clients combine personal training with nutrition consultations and meal plan for better results. 

CORPORATE HEALTH

More corporations are starting to care more about their employees health and you can as well. In Sweden about 90 000 people get sick yearly because of factors such as nutrition and physical activity. At the same time numbers show it is becoming more common with mental problems such as worry, stress, sleep problems and anxiety (according to Folkhälsomyndigheten). Therefore I offer a package for corporations who want to prioritize their employees and their health!

PRESENTATIONS

Throughout the years I have held many presentations for companies, events, athletic teams and within health care. If your looking for a speaker who will leave the audience inspired and wanted to change their eating habits and lifestyle then I am your speaker! The topics I create for my presentations vary on the audience and purpose. I usually hold most of my presentations for companies, athletic teams and events. The presentations are held in-person or online.

CONSULT

I work and collaborate with different companies who are in need of a nutrition expert. Whether that be health or clinically related such such as start-ups, clinics or apps.
